ARTWORK
Pencils: One color cut $25.00 (G)

Black and white line art preferred. We accept both mac and pc formats: ai, eps, pdf, cdr or tiff preferred.
E-MAIL ORDERS
Orders and artwork can be sent to TEE-GEE via e-mail. Confirmation of receipt of email will be distributors responsibility. If email art is sent please refer to purchase order and include a copy of the artwork on the faxed purchase order.

TYPE STYLES & CORRECTIONS
When copy is submitted be as specific as possible. We reserve the right to use our judgement as to type styles, sizes and arrangements unless otherwise specified. If sample is furnished we will follow as closely as possible. If exact duplicate is required add $30.00(G). A charge will be applied to a correction after die has been made. Once order is printed corrections are not possible. On large orders proofs may be required based on our judgement.
PROOFS
When specified, e-mail of fax proof of copy will be submitted at $12.00(G). Complete pencil or pen proof: $40.00(G).
PRODUCTION TIME
Approximately 3 to 10 working days after receipt of order at the factory. Factory ships ASAP, best way when date and method are not specified. Please specify ship date or in hand date in writing for all deadline orders!
SHIPPING
All shipping dates on orders will be maintained on orders if possible. When no shipping date is specified, the factory will ship at its discretion using the least expensive method. All shipments F.O.B. Mineola, New York. Parcel Post -$8.00 extra.
RUSH ORDERS- Pencils
TEE-GEE 2 DAY RUSH available on selected items. Add $20/M (G). For under 1000 price is $20.00 (G). SUPER RUSH SERVICE and SAME DAY SERVICE also available. See details and prices inside catalog.
RUSH ORDERS- Pens and Other Items
Rush Charge of $.10 (A) per unit on pens, golf items and mechanical pencils for shipment in 5 working days or less. All rush orders must clearly indicate shipping date and method of delivery.
PHONE ORDERS
We are not responsible for any errors on a verbal order where written confirmation is not received prior to production. Please fax rush orders and specify ship date or in hand date.
NEW ACCOUNTS
Please fax or mail at least 4 ASI supplier references with order. Order will be processed immediately if credit card information is part of order. Rush service is not available for new accounts without prepayment.
COPY
All orders are printed to read right-handed unless left-handed imprint is requested.
PMS COLOR/SWATCH MATCH
Add $30.00 (G) per color. Every effort will be made to match as closely as possible to PMS or sample color; absolute duplication of match cannot be guaranteed.
CATALOG AND PENCIL COLOR DISCLAIMER
For repeat orders where color is important samples should be requested as colors are subject to change. Catalog / Website photos are not exact colors, and if clarification of item color is required, please request a random sample or a product proof.
UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE
Use the next higher quantity price.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Add $30.00 (G)- No order less than 1/2 catalog minimum. Unavailable on certain items.
OVER RUNS & UNDER RUNS
We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under runs.
COPY CHANGES
$15.00(G).
DROP SHIPMENTS
$10.00 (G) per shipment. Please submit labels.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Add $12.00 (G) each shipment. Split shipments will be billed at prices prevalent at time of shipping.
CHANGE OF INK
Add $12.00 (G) per change.
SHARPENED PENCILS
Add $28.00/M (G). For under 1M price is $28.00 (G). Not available on some items. Not available for rush service. Note that some pencils, primarily light colored, may accumulate dust from the sharpening during shipment. Although we make sure the pencils are securely packed, we cannot be responsible if this should occur.
